Understanding the Expat Journey
Living overseas means your usual support systems are far away, which can make any of life's hurdles feel much heavier and more complex. I am here to walk with you through every stage, not just the initial move but also the unexpected struggles that follow. Together, we create a gentle, steady space to process these feelings, offering you the warmth and professional guidance needed to find your grounding during difficult times abroad.

Meet Christopher
Hello, I'm Christopher.

I’m an expat who has spent many years living and working abroad. Through my own experiences adapting to different cultures and building a life overseas, I understand the unique challenges that come with expat life.
Â
I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy in the UK, where I am developing skills in approaches including person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural perspectives.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where expats can talk openly, reflect on their experiences, and find greater clarity and balance while navigating life abroad.

Coming Soon: Group Support for Expat Teachers
Expat teachers navigate their own struggles of language barriers, cultural differences, and the growing stress of being an educator in this day and age. These issues can leave teachers feeling like they are the only ones struggling. Group support sessions are coming soon.
